I've been paying rent on time here for 2 years and the rent is increasing by $50 each 6 month term. The apartments are in poor condition. Some apartments within the complex have window units and they are not willing to fix the central air and heat. Floors are creaky, ceilings are leaking and/or have noticeable patching, and will not repair many things due to budget reasons.
