They do not return calls in a timely manner. And when they do they repeatedly call at the very end of the day so they can use the excuse it's the end of the day and don't have to schedule anything! They are also very unprofessional and do not know how to handle mentally ill clients. Don't expect to get an appointment with them anytime soon. It takes them three weeks just to schedule an intake.
