Dr. Parker is amazing. He takes the time to help you get the best experience possible. He provides personal service, after hours, if you have an emergency. My husband had been going to an ophthalmologist over an eight month period of time to get help with extreme pain in his eye. Nothing they were doing was helping him. We had friends who recommended Dr Parker and he took on the problem head on. He performed multiple procedures on the underside of the eyelid and it completely stopped all the pain. I am a young woman and have been into the office 3 times. First off, they had me pick two pairs of glasses because they were on deal. Upon pickup for these glasses they told me that there was no deal so I didn’t get the second pair. My third time coming, was to ask for help to fix my glasses. The woman with short hair told me that they were totaled even though I fixed them well enough myself after the appointment. She also tried to take my glasses. That infuriates me. My kids and I have been patients of Dr.Parker’s for about three years now and they are all amazing. He is so personable and sweet and so are the rest of the staff! They make you feel special and they always go above and beyond! I always recommend them to friends and family!
Can’t recommend Cedar Hills Vision enough! Such a great staff. Dr. Kirk is very hands on and so helpful with everything. Between him and Candy, the reptionist/office manager, my visits have been so smooth! I appreciate the care and timeliness of my visits/needs. Getting glasses/contacts/exams has never been so easy! Thank you!
Dr. Parker and his team were outstanding. I showed up early and I was in an exam room within minutes. Everything was spotless. They did a wonderful job explaining what all the tests were, what they were looking for and how they would correct my prescription. I’ll happily come back in a year for my next exam.
