Our initial move in experience was great. Jason showed us the townhome, we fell in love with it, appeared to be in good condition and we signed. The location is amazing for getting anywhere, we got lucky with an end unit with extra windows and the basement is great for storage. The day we moved in, we discovered the closet in the second bedroom was saturated with urine. We let them know. I absolutely loved this apartment. I’ve lived a lot of places, and this has been my favorite by far. The grounds are well kept, management is very responsive, and I had no issues with move out or getting my security deposit back. The few maintenance requests I had were answered within the hour. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with a short walk to a park, the max, and a couple of stores and small restaurants. We lived in this place for 2 years and we have nothing but great things to say about them! The manager and all the staff they are awesome and they really take care of their residents, they also do great maintenance in their apartments, I will recommend anyone to live here. We only moved because we needed a bigger place. But it’s a really good community.
