My husband and I have lived in a few apartments and places in the Beaverton and surrounding area and Cedar Hills Townhomes has been our absolute favorite by far. The grounds are STUNNING and so well taken care of! This is our first spring/summer here and beautiful hydrangeas and rose bushes have blossomed all over the grounds, it's so beautiful. This management company was wonderful to work with over the 5+ years that I lived here. Maintenance issues were solved quickly, communication was super clear, and they were understanding of normal wear and tear for a unit lived in for a good while on move out. The only thing to note is that the power bill can get expensive in the winter for heating with wall heaters and having a basement.
