Annette Etzel is a very unprofessional person. I asked her to show me 2 units of differing sizes and she said she would leave them open for me. When I arrived only one was opened and the other closed. I emailed her and let her know and did not hear back. The following day after I pressed the issue, she arranged to leave another unit open of the size that was not opened the previous day so I could see it. Been with this company for over a decade. They keep it clean. Cameras everywhere. Locks up at 9 or shortly after. Open early. The only storage left with a dumpster. The owners are the nicest ppl you'll ever know. I'm extremely comfortable with my treasures locked up there.
