Had a great experience consulting with Dr Bhatt. He is very caring and appointment went smooth. Had to book appointment one day in advance.
I am having trouble contacting you because of time conflicts with my work. On Fridays, clinic is supposed to be open until 5 but phone lines are already closed before 2. Please provide an alternative like text. Thank you.
Office staff can't (or don't know how) to book appointments (you'll be told to do so online only) if they ever answer phones. Doctors will not give 'refills' on your prescriptions, forcing you to book weekly/monthly appointments for life-time prescriptions (appointment scams). Doctor is decent, office practices are the worst ever encountered, avoid at all costs.
I have been visiting Dr. Arun Bhatt since 2019, and my experience has always been very positive. He is a knowledgeable and caring doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients and explain things clearly. I appreciate how patient and attentive he is during appointments, and he always makes me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns
