Really unprofessional lady at the front desk. I called at 1:10 p.m. to inquire about my appointment that was scheduled for 11:50 a.m., and she proceeded to inform me of a policy that was never made aware of or displayed on the online booking platform. The process for booking an online appointment is smooth and convenient. You arrive, wait about 15-20 minutes and are seen fairly quickly. However, my recent experience with the doctor was disappointing and honestly quite surprising. I had two concerns to discuss, but after addressing the first one, I was told very firmly that only one concern could be discussed per appointment and that I would need to book another appointment for the second issue.
