Receptionist were nice and gentle. They accommodated me immediately, also answers all the questions I needed to book to my specific walk in practicioner. Dr. Ho accommodated me immediately and solve my clogged ear. As client, checking in and registering or making appoinment online is more efficient for everyone too(except when there's technical issues). Overall, all my walk in experience to this clinic is beyonce my expectations.
