recently remodeled many of the units "if you dare call it a remodel" They ripped out the carpeting and replaced it with fake hardwood , put in granite counter-tops "Why" and increased the rent by $160 a month. The entire complex is riddled with roaches and mold. (they do cover it with paint for the new Tenants) The guy in charge of maintaining heating/air plumbing is either lazy or incompetent as most every unit has suffered severe water damage due to leaky pipes and faulty air conditioning units and I am pretty sure when yo... read more
