They are not professional. I went there for a small cavity on my tooth that had no pain, but they decided to do a root canal and told me I needed more treatments. Because of the poor-quality root canal, I eventually lost my tooth. They usually book one-hour appointments but spend half of the time doing nothing and only complete about 50% of the work, then ask you to book another appointment. I have since changed my dentist. If you want reliable and proper treatment, go somewhere recommended by others.
Dr. Jody and her assistant are the best! I took my daughter there for a tooth extraction. She had a traumatic experience during a previous extraction, which made her anxious about going to the dentist. But Dr. Jody made sure her teeth were properly numbed and was incredibly patient throughout the procedure. The whole experience was so reassuring that my daughter is no longer afraid of dentists. We love you, Dr. Jody!
I’ve had many different dentist’s over the years and Dr. Young is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been too. He has a small family owned practise and is kind and very professional . He is gentle and does amazing work. His is the only dental clinic I’ve never been afraid to attend. I highly recommend him. S. Horii
