I only gave 3 starts because I didn’t have a pillow and the facility was freezing cold and there was no hot water to shower. Also you don’t have your own rolls of toilet paper in your room you have to share a roll with everyone. The only thing that was good was the doctors and the staff they truly do care.
Poor administration , providers assessing is irresponsible
This facility doesn't pay their bills. We did thousands of dollars of work and every time we reach out to collect, they hang up.
This facility is not a good place to send a loved one. I've had two loved ones go and they both told me there is nothing there for them. They have everyone in one room with no activities, no TV. Just everyone in there screaming. Women peeing on the floor, fights between patients. Its choas and no way they are making any change to any of the patients. I'd take someone here as a last result.
