This place was filthy. My room smelled like cat pee, and the bathroom showers had pink soap scum and black mold. Poop was smeared on the sink. The faucets had green limescale. You are not allowed to have your own roll on toilet paper and you cannot have anything other than the Medline hygiene products they give you. No face wash, etc.You are also not allowed to have books or playing cards your loved ones bring you. I only gave 3 starts because I didn’t have a pillow and the facility was freezing cold and there was no hot water to shower. Also you don’t have your own rolls of toilet paper in your room you have to share a roll with everyone. The only thing that was good was the doctors and the staff they truly do care.
Poor administration , providers assessing is irresponsible
