I moved to Hilltop apartments and this was my first experience living by my self. I lived here for 2 years and from the move in process to the move out process everything was great. Gloria the office Manager was very clear with my move out procedures and what was expected of me. This really helped me understand how I needed to leave the apartment. I want to congratulate Hilltop apartments for being so terrible that it has caused me to write my first online review in my life. I dont think I have room to say everything I want to say so I’ll make it short. If I could leave less than a star I would. Hilltop puts the worst, cheapest, and most awful amenities in these apartments. Then they can charge you a ridiculous amount upon move out to repair “damages” to these terrible amenities that won’t last 5 years as it is. If you try to fight these costs GOOD LUCK! Dina is a great community manager. She goes above and beyond by responding quickly and efficiently to any needs of residents. Maintenance does a great job, works in an efficient manner.
Low rent, and even lower quality apartments. Appliances are cheap and from the early 1990’s. Carpet and vinyl flooring are fine, but not great. Cabinets are cheap builders’ grade, and from the 90’s, too. The owners only allow online payments for rent, but the online payment method charges a fee for each electronic transfer, which you have to pay for in addition to your monthly rent payment.
