my car got vandilized twice..they have no working cameras...The 299 building still has smoking in their apartments..The smoke is extremely strong in the building...or so bad for my health and others.😙
Terrible location, terrible management, and overall, terrible tenants. I spent a year here and I had an infestation of spiders, went without heat for 3 days, people who live there with dogs - do NOT clean up after their dogs. It’s always an issue with underground parking cause too many people have more than one car and they’re using the underground as storage. thieves stealing mail packages that are delivered outside apartment doors. Trash thrown outside all along the property. Parking not enforced, anyone can park on the property leaving tenants without a place to park their vehicle in front of the building they live in.
