I’ve been debating whether to share this, but I finally decided to. As a customer what I witnessed was extremely concerning. Over the few times I’ve visited, I personally saw the way they treat animals, and it felt very cruel and uncaring. The environment is also very unsanitary. On top of all that, the waiting times are very long. Employees eat in front of customers and scroll through their phones while people are standing there waiting to be helped. It’s a great vet place to bring your animals! But sadly the last time we brought our kitten here they said she was all healthy and fine but then I contracted ringworm from her which they totally missed even after telling us she was all good and healthy and nothing was wrong with her, we even told the vet things that were happening to us after we got the kitten and brought her home and it just kind of upsets me that they missed it and now I have a body covered in nasty scars from the ringworms and same with my young son :( Bu... read more
This used to be a good vet with the old guy, but now it's just crap. For a simple checkup they throw $1000 worth of xrays and diagnostics at your pet only to find absolutely nothing wrong, and then have the nerve to recommend flea & tick treatment for an indoor pet! Nice racket you got going here to suck as much $$$ from people as you can. I want my $1000 back!
