I’ve been giving this Place a chance, and have been going for years. But everytime I see them with my dog, that has been with them since he was a pup, it’s like I’m visiting for the first time again? I had to have my 19 y/o cat put down today. They were wonderful, kind, caring, attentive, and professional. It made the experience of losing my cat a lot easier being able to take some time before and after with her. They made the experience very simple and straightforward. It's not easy to lose a pet you have had for over a third of your life. Just a big thank you to the entire team for their kind effort during the process.
Been taking my dogs for 19 years even if it takes me a hr to get there ..these two ladies have always been great my grandma & mom use to take there pets there & I have always also since my puppies were babies now 19 urs old ..They are both such caring loving Ladies
very disgusting service. I dont recommend this animal hospital. More of quantity overy quality. There are many more animal hospital in surrey, that care about your pets well being.
