I need to share my last experience at Cedar Hills Animal Hospital. I usually brought my dog for regular appointments and they have been kindly and supportive. But they went above and beyond when my beloved pet had an irreversible heath issue and passed away. I want give thanks for all and specially for Soonam who gave us so much support and comfort during this hard time. My family and I will never forget it. God bless you all!
I am writing this review based on multiple experiences with this clinic, including a very serious incident involving my previous cat. I strongly urge others to read carefully and do their own research before trusting this clinic with their pets. 1. Poor customer service. They never provide pricing when asked at reception; instead, they say that only the veterinarian will give the cost on the day of the appointment.
I’ve been debating whether to share this, but I finally decided to. As a customer what I witnessed was extremely concerning. Over the few times I’ve visited, I personally saw the way they treat animals, and it felt very cruel and uncaring. The environment is also very unsanitary.
