Called to ask where to enroll in a veterinary assistant program. The Receptionist, Conner, said, "I have no idea.' When asked to be connected to someone who could offer additional information, Conner hung up on me. When I called back, Conner admitted to hanging up on me "because we're too busy around here." Can't imagine the quality of pet care being any better when patience and general information is lacking.
Dr. England is a mediocre dr at best but the biggest problem is Christy, the receptionist. She’s not just rude, she’s angry and mean and vindictive. She literally chased me, screaming into a treatment room where I was headed to have my tiny dog euthanized. This woman CHRISTY SHOULD NEVER BE AROUND ANIMALS! The office process of no appointment and having people wait all day causes unnecessary stress on every animal waiting. RecommendedWe have been going to Dr. Tim over 30 plus years. Christian Man with a big heart for animals. He has saved several of my animals of the years when I though they wouldn’t make it. They are very busy however, patients in the wait for one of the best for my 4 legged children. It’s worth it!
The vet and asst do not believe in masks. They wear them below their noses and on their chin in a small closed in room.
Dr England is the best .. we put one of our dog down this morning ... 💔. All our 4 dogs come here.. .Dr. England always takes good care of our babies . Great staff ! ♥️ THANK YOU SO MUCH .

If you live anywhere in the Best Southwest area this is the place to take your animals to get taken care of from the smallest to the largest! The love and care taken from the front desk,techs,and Veterinarians are the Best! Our family has used the services of these sweet people going on 30 years and counting.
Dr. England and his staff is the best ever. I wouldn't trust any other Vet with my fur babies. They honestly care about their patients as well as their humans. Dr. England always takes time to explain things not only to me but my sons as well. Thank you for all you do!
