Update August-2026 After bringing to the attention of the COO (after 3 to 4 months of raising the issue to the local team), the failed gate controller/operator is being replaced and even upgraded with better technology. Phone Support and Account Management that I contacted initially (multiple times over 3 to 4 months) were not able to resolve the issue. The gate is to go live (closed) on 3-August-2026. They can’t even answer the phone to answer some simple questions. I’ve got business to give but I guess yall don’t want it’s. That’s ok, on the to next Storage company who will take my money. Tip for not loosing customers: stop suing AI on your phone. It doesn’t work and it’s ruining your business
