Very nice person, Alex, helped me on the phone and was very informative. I haven’t rented there yet, but I plan to very soon.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their software won’t let me vacate my unit and they keep charging me monthly. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they started charging me additional fees. Can’t get anyone in the phone!!
