THEY WERE MADE AWARE THAT MY LOCK HASP AS WELL AS MY LOCKS WERE DAMAGED BY SOMEONE APPARENTLY CUTTING OR ATTEMPTING TO BREAK INTO MY STORAGE UNIT AND THEY WERE VERY SLOW TO RESPOND AND ALSO TRIED TO CHANGE MY LOCKS TO THEIR OWN. AND DIDN'T SEEM TO COMPREHEND THE ISSUE. ALSO I FOUND A VAN CAMPING IN THE DARKNESS IN THE GRASS IN BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS INSIDE THE GATES AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL AFTER HOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WAS NOT AVAILABLE... WHAT A NIGHTMARE
