Update May-2026 Main gate access is broken and fails open. This is the second time this has happened in the past two or three months. They are slow to get repairs made. Right now it's still staying open; it's been open since at least Saturday. Two calls already alerting them. With no one on site, this is a big security concern especially as I know of a home builder that had a big loss of tools from a unit he rented at 10 Federal that was broken into. WOW! Brand new property, clean, and easy to find my unit. The process to rent on line through the website was easy!
Pretty seamless experience to rent. Only problem is with the motion sensor light in the unit- it’s either broken or doesn’t work unless it’s dark enough. I haven’t reached out to ask about it yet. It’s worth looking at your own personal insurance to see what it covers before assuming you have to purchase their coverage. The property is easy to maneuver in and out of with an enclosed trailer, the facility is clean, and prices are reasonable.
Loving it except for the lights being off at nite in my bldg its very dark back there The outside lights i have a drive up space Ive tried to report them since i moved there but to no avail No fixed lights
