First off false advertisement 1.Dont have playground 2.Water and sewage is no longer included utilities. If youre going to trust a review, please trust this one. This place is a scam. They dont fix anything, there's mold, there's mice, im sure one of these buildings has bugs, its just overall awfully maintained. They will make it seem like they are going to do something about an issue and then you dont hear back for months. I used to recommend it to people who needed a cheap place for like a year to get back on their feet. It was cheap and you got what you paid for. But NOW?? Have lived here for almost 5 years. They do not fix problems (a/c, fridge, dishwasher)they cover problems up or make up excuses why they can’t fix issues. They do not follow up with tenet complaints either. Every year our a/c has issues running but they won’t do anything regarding it because when it does decide to work it blows cold air therefore it doesn’t need fixed or looked at according to them. 88 degrees inside with the air on!
