Have lived here for almost 5 years. They do not fix problems (a/c, fridge, dishwasher)they cover problems up or make up excuses why they can’t fix issues. They do not follow up with tenet complaints either. Every year our a/c has issues running but they won’t do anything regarding it because when it does decide to work it blows cold air therefore it doesn’t need fixed or looked at according to them. 88 degrees inside with the air on! My family & I just moved in at the end of March & we love it here. All the neighbors are so nice , it’s in a great area for us!
I personally dont live here but have a friend of mine that does she says she enjoys so I guess it must not be that bad.
