Took our 3 year old Chihuhua in today because she hasnt been feeling well and we had a feeling she had some type of infection. Her pervious vet didn't seem to think so even though her WBC was a little high. Dr. Thompson checked her over real good and gave us some antibiotics and some other meds to help her. Dr. Thompson took the time to talk to us about what we was concerned with and went above and behind to help our little girl get back to being herself. Since moving to Nelson county I have taken my cat Lola to this facility and I absolutely recommend visiting. The staff is great, very knowledgeable, and all around great to their animal visitors. It’s so friendly and they care about their customers and make sure to give good advice. I feel so welcomed coming in here every time. I recently was given a rescue kitten from my husband and was told by a veterinarian in Louisville that he was positive for feline leukemia and also was told he was a girl. Kaya the Diva Dog and Sadie the Devil Dog love Dr. Karen and staff. They have been going here soince they first opened...would not take them anywhere else!
I want to give a shout out to Cedar Heights!They have wonderful customer service, Alicia and Lexie are the best ever! They take car of my fur baby like their own! I will never go anywhere else! Top notch vets office from beginning to end! As long as you all are open you will always have my business:)
We have taken our Syrian hamster, Peaches, there in May. Today we took our newly adopted kitten, Thelma , there for her first shots and a checkup. Staff is great and we really like Dr. Thompson.
I want to thank Dr. Thompson and her wonderful staff, for taking care of our fur baby Charity. Dr. Thompson was so caring and wonderful. She was available any time we needed her.
