I’m writing a review only for Cindy. Only bc She canceled my membership bc I mentioned how dirty the gym floor was. Also mentioned how much better the equipment could be, not to mention the yoga mats that look like they been chewed on. Besides taking accountability she cancelled me. Which prolly was for the best bc why would I even want to give a place money each month and feel like I’m the one in the wrong for expressing my opinion when there are way to may other gym options
Can never get a hold of anyone to talk to signed up for a membership and only went in once for 8 years and definitely canceled. They still charged me. You would think they could have at least reached out to see what is going with me not showing up for years when my account with them was still active when it shouldn't have been.
