Great customer service.
I was a member here for about 2 years. Due to some unfortunate circumstances in my personal life, I had to cancel my membership. Prior to that, I had some conversations over the phone with the Owner and his very kind and polite Daughter. The issue that I was having was resolved in a very kind and professional manner. I really appreciate the way that the Owner handled this. I wish the very best to Cedar Grove Wellness Center and their Family.
How dirty floor is in here is gross. It’s like this under every machine. Take pride in your business and have respect for your members. They’d rather sit in the office than actually clean
