I sent an email and received a reply very quickly (less than a day!). Other places wanted to replace boards and do work that may not have been needed and would cost 3×s the amount! Cedar Groves TOTAL bill was less than other places labor fee! If I could, I would rate them 10 out of 5! They new what the problem was after a short description and had the parts ordered even before the tv was delivered! I would give more then a recommendation - I give my support! Thanks much!
