We built in 2023. Love our home and our Construction Mgr., Ray was a 10. He did a great job of keeping the quality and building project on time and done right. Cedar Grove is a wonderful neighborhood and we plan on this being our forever home.
Our experience purchasing our home at Cedar Grove was great! Kim in the sales office was personable, helpful, and just made us feel so welcome. Rubin did our walk through and was more thorough than any previous walk through I had ever done. He wanted to be certain that we were happy with everything about our new home. And we are!
Great experience working with Kim, Ruben and Shawn, all very professional and responsive to their buyers. Centex has a good team in place.
Just a little over a year now in Cedar Grove 2B. I regret settling for this community. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly, the homes are too close together, like living in an apartment complex. You can hear EVERYTHING going on, conversations, dishes clanking, TV's, etc. while sitting on the lanai or indoors with windows open.Many of us have drainage issues due to poor grading.
