poor management
I stayed there more than a year, the management is amazing and will help you out. They have improved a lot in maintenance and cleaning. I had not seen a single bug or roach. That is a one of the good buildings in the area, I have been to other apartments nearby and seen a lot of those.
I wish I could give zero stars. This building and the maintenance is pathetic! The common areas stink of garbage and smoke all the time. The receptionists are rude. Zero maintenance. They don't fix anything.
