I wish I could give zero stars. This building and the maintenance is pathetic! The common areas stink of garbage and smoke all the time. The receptionists are rude. Zero maintenance. They don't fix anything.
I wish I could give zero stars. My apartment was not clean properly, lots of bed bugs and roaches, the coat closet door is still missing, and the main door is not properly aligned. When I signed a lease, I was informed that my apartment will be newly renovated (new kitchen and new washroom with all things newly installed) but it wasn't done properly. My toilet was old, on complaining to super, my toilet seat was just changed. I felt like HOMESTEAD is scamming their tenant with false information while signing a lease. 17 days... read more
