I lived there for two year and there is a thief broke the house .They didnt do anything for us.when i come in my rent is 640$ and i paid 839$per month on my last bill .After 2 year my contract end and I moved to my new house .After 7 month I got a phone call from national debt collection and they said i have a debt to standford oark 5000$ .i have to figure it out now..i will come back.
Perfect location for college student. Great staff, nice pool, lounge, weight room and grounds. Is 3 blocks from MPC , mature residents no part kids. Pet's allowed and nice sized place.

These apartments are so horrible! The management and landlords are very rude and disrespectful. I've lived here almost a year, my lease is up in December and can't wait to move out!! My apartment kitchen was flooded with magets all over my kitchen and my landlords reply was I had to deal with it!! this is a worst apartment ever to live in. DO NOT Move into this ever even in the desperate need. I have moved in April and this is my 4th month here and I am so regretting it. Till today, in my apartment the stove is not fixed. There is NO adjust fan in the bathroom. This is related to health issues as ppl can get sick. Ok. As far as the apartment itself, it is very nice, nicer than any I have seen. But the problem lies within the management. Things don't get done. I think they simply do not care. It takes weeks even months to get things fixed. I pay 1,200 a month for the 3 bedroom and for the price it's not worth it, I have had a broken sink for 4 days now and I have reached out several different ways to alert management of the situation with no response.
