Still slumlords they raise the rent for as much as I am paying for a two bedroom two bath washer and dryer hook up, which they don’t even have a washer and dryer hook up in their unit and they have one bathroom for a two bedroom. Also they don’t give a crap about any of you guys. They just want your money and when they put notes on your door, they pull them out so everybody can them and The swimming pool never gets cleaned They make it where you can’t use the washer and dryers. The doors are usually locked half the time.
Noisy is only drawback. Nice, New apt, Reasonable rent, washer dryer on site, pool, noisy train, noisy traffic, noisy planes and noisy neighbors. I have lived here in a one bedroom for a couple years and just moved out. A few months ago, they hired Krissy, a wonderful apartment manager. She returned my phone calls and texts immediately, answered my questions promptly and helped me out. She also did my move-out, which was fast and very fair. The worst place I lived in the 56 years of my life. They tried to add a lease addendum, Ratio Utility Addendum. I got a lawyer and learned that it is illegal, so I fought it. I feel sorry for those who caved in and are paying an additional $200 plus more dollars at the already set rent of $1,295.00 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Be aware they are scammers. Don't move in is the best advice anyone who has lived here would give you. My lease ends 7/10/24 and I'm out of there and good riddance!
