Slum lords worst people to deal with they will let your apartment rot before they ever fix in then will charge you for it when you move
These apartments are the worst. Then they charge you for normal wear and tear when you move out in the thousands. Do not rent here. Darby is very unhonest.

Currently a resident. My car has been broken into as well at least 3 times. Windows are horrible, the wood is rotting, I wouldn't be surprised if our windows started falling out the building. Matinence requests keeps saying job done when they haven't done a thing about it.
Currently a resident (I will update when I'm no longer here)both my cars have been broken into in less then a week and anytime I request maintenance for my apartment they never come to fix anything the apartments are made horrible something always breaks..
