Cheap rent for a reason: Very thin walls and bad tenants. These building were built so cheaply the walls and floor levels are so hollow that you can hear your neighbor snoring in their bedroom or hear people having conversations in their living room. It’s unbearable. If you prefer privacy, this is not the property for you. Parking is a nightmare because there is one assigned parking space per apartment, NOT TWO.
