This can't be the same place I am renting, allowing tenants to play loud music all times of the day and night, not stopping tenants from letting their animals from using the bathroom all over the sidewalks, allowing one tenant from flooding another tenants apartment 3 times, trash all over the hallways, management talking down to residents, etc!
