Emily did a piss poor job yesterday. I was scheduled for a tour at 1pm. I was on the side of the building facing Old Cedar and she did not look for me. I called before the appointment to let her know I was on my way. I even asked her where to meet her. She gave me the address,,,again saying Old Cedar. After all that the next available appointment would be next week. And that the apartment I was interested in had been rented. UGH!!!
