I started counting down the months to move out after 2 months of signing the lease. You can hear every step your neighbors make. Reserved parking isn’t even guaranteed. Office NEVER answers or it’s their off site person. You can hear every cough, breath, convo your neighbors have. Maintenance is slow. Parking lots smells like weed. I don’t recommend anyone to move there if I could do zero stars I would. I moved from these apartments in the beginning of the year. There is a huge roach and mice problem pest control comes and treat the unit but the problem still continues, also the water gets turned off randomly they send emails out last minute or not at all. The rent is never the same price utilities is always going up which makes the rent higher each month with no explanation. If your looking for a loud neighborhood that for some reason has to cut the grass every single damn morning and take the building apart and put it back together every morning that’s what it sounds like they are doing . Someone who works from home and also likes to sleep in this isn’t the apartment for you . They are ALWAYS EVERYDAY making so much noise 8am sharp .
