I was denied through that shady place rent grow but my mom was accepted. I have a credit score of 620. Rent grow told me the old slumblords where I was just living put something on my credit but its a zero balance. Never heard of that. Also I am my mother's caregiver and poa still denied. The property manger Brittney is ignoring my calls ,doesn't return calls. I'm getting a lawyer to see why this is on my credit. Zero balance. Doesn't matter tells me alit about the apps if you can't get a phone back.
Taylyn was great during my move-in, communicated the whole process, very friendly, and makes moving in less stressful!
