Just another update with more details after being charged thousands of dollars for being there 2 weeks and leaving early not behind on anything. When I first applied to the place from out of town Sally happily took my app fee and deposit then went ghost and disappeared on me for days when I was calling and messaging about utilities she was clearly trying to scam me out of it thinking I wouldn't come. Do not rent from these people beware! Absolute slum lords! Signed a lease from out of town to move there for a job and was there 2 weeks and the job didn't work out so I left back to my state and they said they are billing me thousands of dollars for breaking the lease even after leaving. There's roaches and all the cabinets and appliances are outdated and painted over and hallways are dirty.
I've been here 15 years all apts has it's up and downs..I love it it's peace and quiet.There is a no smoke policy neighbors still seem to smoke.I'm so very happy they got Sally new manager she is the best we ever had.Shes friendly,kind,very respectful and she will take care of any problems you may have soon as possible.You guys need to keep her she's one of the best.Her maintenance crew are awesome.Best team we've ever had.Im GREATFUL HAPPY.God bless!
