It's super unfortunate but the management running this property are wolves in sheep gear and lack integrity. If/when you have an issue they will not take responsibility or have your best interest in mind. I don't post bad reviews but I felt that the community needs to know that they are not for you, they are for themselves. I truly hope they change their ways as we had too many bad experiences when they were at fault or the cause. Cedar Flats is one of the newest apartment complexes here in Chico. I really love it because it's close-knit there's not that many residents so i feel like everyone knows each other and i like the familiarity especially when moving so far away after college. Not to mention everything is brand new and up to date so it definitely has a luxury vibe to it which i love!
