The doctors are amazing. But the reception needs help. Constantly rude. Last time I called 40 mins before close, asked to be put on hold, No problem, 11 mins on hold I decide to hang up and call back. They’ve left me on hold for more than that before. I call back only to find they closed their phone lines 30 mins before close. Don’t even have the courtesy to let me know they’re done for the day. Just left people on hold!
Dr. Mangat is wonderful - empathetic, compassionate, and responsive. I wish every doctor had her bedside manner.
Says family practice, then I'm on hold for 15 minutes, Lady on the phone was rather rude, tried to finish all my sentences, Seems like she just didn't want to be there at all, Do better 🤷
i’ve always been treated with care and kindness. the whole entire staff is friendly and incredible at their job. they’re accommodating, understanding, helpful and eager. I see Dr Henry and i am always taken care of thoroughly she takes her time to really address your concerns. i’ve even had her call me to check up on me. these people truly care. i wish i could give more stars.
Dr. Mangat was not very nice or supportive. Mangat would not longer accept me as her patient. Mangat declined appointments with me as going forward.
