Nice and clean but receptionist needs help with customer service. I feel like I putting them out even walking in for an appointment. :(
I don’t really understand what the poor reviews are for. My doctor is Dr. Mangat and she is great. Always listens to me and follows up to make sure I’m doing okay. Also, I’ve never had a bad experience with the front desk staff. There’s a lot of doctors/patients in this practice… be patient. They aren’t ignoring you on purpose and you aren’t being personally targeted and made to wait. There are probably just a few people ahead of you on the phone line. Other people’s appointments matter just as much as yours. Patience!
My fiancé and I went to Cedar Family Practice because she was possibly experiencing a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy — a situation that can become life‑threatening if ignored. She had an ultrasound, and we were told we would receive follow‑up information. Instead, the RN technician Brooke Lawrence simply decided to take several days off without notifying us, without handing off her responsibilities, and without providing any follow‑up plan. No call. The doctors are amazing. But the reception needs help. Constantly rude. Last time I called 40 mins before close, asked to be put on hold, No problem, 11 mins on hold I decide to hang up and call back. They’ve left me on hold for more than that before. I call back only to find they closed their phone lines 30 mins before close. Don’t even have the courtesy to let me know they’re done for the day. Just left people on hold!
Dr. Mangat is wonderful - empathetic, compassionate, and responsive. I wish every doctor had her bedside manner.
