Does not keep to their schedules. Cancels business on you midway through. Does not apologize for technicians walking in without being let in. Makes you sound like you're the problem never them.

We have had a couple of "emergency" services (hearing issues in the winter/cooling issues in the summer) and Cedar Falls Heating and A/C has been very quick to respond. When we recently turned on our A/C for the first time of the season and it didn't work CFH&AC gave us the first available appointment two days later. When an earlier appointment became available they fixed our A/C early. Exterior exhaust pipe came unglued this January. My aunt was charged $300 for them to foil tape one part back together. Technicians excuse was that it was too cold for pvc glue andNever contacted her back to come fix it. Truly appalled.
