Scott was so helpful! His communication is spot on. Cedar Falls Heating & AC installed my new mini split. I had so many hurdles to jump through to prepare for the installation...none of them related to Scott or his team. Once I had the green light, Scott ordered the unit, kept me apprised of the status and came out to install the unit as soon as it arrived.
