I will start with leaving a review is my right and I do not appreciate getting a threatening text from Rich Rivet, owner of this company. I was told if I didn’t delete review, he would get his attorneys to sue me in court . He came into my home the end of January 2025 to do some work that a prior contractor didn’t do to my satisfaction. I would sincerely like to thank Rich Rivet of Cedar Falls Construction and his team for an amazing job. My family and I experienced a house fire, after which our home was deemed condemned. From the night of the fire until the repairs were completed, Mr. Rivet and his team have been amazing. Rich Rivet, owner of this company came into my home the end of January 2025 because Bob Couture from Restoration 1, told him to come in and put in the correct flooring and correct all the sloppy work that his crew did back in November 2024. The first thing he said when he and his other worker came in was, don’t worry we’re going to take care of you. Bob Couture said to make sure that everything is done correctly.. The crew at Cedar Falls Construction did a fabulous job putting our warehouse space back together after having a large fire in late 2022. The staff was very patient and worked with us throughout the insurance process to ensure that we would love the new space when it was complete. I have attached some before and after photos of the space that show the amazing transformation.❤
Rich and his family of guys are the most caring and compassionate group of people I have ever come across in my life. They turned a horrible 2 year nightmare into a miracle, in just 2 short months. Rich and his guys, were super helpful, and personable and let us know updates all throughout the process. We recommend him to everyone we know.
