The apartment complex asked tenants for a “how are we doing” survey just to find out the link actually takes you to a leave a google review. So there’s that. Spokane Cedar Estates is getting 2.5 stars rounded to 3 because Abbigail is one of the nicest apartment managers I’ve had in a long time. But the place needs some serious help or more workers. The Office and staff iare always very friendly. I appreciate the Upgrades to the units. My only criticism is that the carpenters doing the work on the actual units. Literally every door inside other than the main door won’t close because of a decision to retro fit recycled hardware, with work quality issues. You can’t make something work right that doesn’t fit the application, The hinges used don’t fit the door or frame and jam. So instead you’re going to end up replacing the jam.
