Rented here for a few years. When we moved in, it was a mess. The back door didn’t open since it was rusted shut. The bathroom looked like a gas station restroom that had been neglected for years. Ac didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. Management was slow to fix (9 months) the ac and the dishwasher never got fixed. The oven couldn’t heat past 250 degrees. The list goes on and on. How dare this apartment complex display such a hateful sign towards Pacific Islanders! It’s downright cruel, racial discrimination , and disgustingly unprofessional. Whoever hired current management deserves to be fired.
I used to be an employee and tenant here. Old management was stern but ok. At least they would treat tenants and employees with some respect. The new management however is rude & thinks they are better than everyone else. Nice to your face when they first meet u then without reason seem to turn on u when u have a request or complaint. And are very rude and condescending. Michelle is the reginal and is not a good person. if you can avoid this place do it, they are grifters all bad reviews are true, i lived there... actually trapped in lease. Escaped 2 yrs ago had social services go with me at move out walk thru. They still charged me $200 for a "hole" in the ten year old carpet, my new car was keyed, I was assaulted, the manager took my carbon monoxide detector out, I then had to get one from the fire department. Bad news, bad place, bad grifters.
