Very disorganized, needles laying about, staff doesn’t seem to care about wearing PPE to protect you, but will critique if your mask is not on tightly enough. Overall dirty and unhealthy environment. I would highly recommend finding another lab for your test.

They seem quite disorganized. Needles sitting out in boxes on couches. No upfront information on when or how to get results. I finally called about my antibody results and the woman who answered thought they’d be mailed to me but wasn’t sure when 🤷‍♀️ Not impressed. Also, the receptionists are not friendly. If you have other options for testing, I’d go with that instead.

I walked in to have a test performed and a person by the name of Jess was very rude to me. She is very unprofessional and critiqued how I was wearing my mask she wouldnt let me in with out having on. Which there are no signs indicating a mask is required inside. Probably best to have that kind of an unfriendly employee running tests in the back.

Got sick on Saturday. Easily got an appointment time for the following Monday for a COVID test. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Extremely professional and efficient staff. Got my results back in 3 days.

COVID SPREAD NIGHTMARE. This company is bringing people who think they have COIVD, or have been sent an order by a Doctor, inside the building to do testing. They bring all COVID patients into the same building and only for a certain time of day. If you were ever to spread COVID, it would be in a room full of people who actually likely have COVID. I have reported to the health department and hope to god, my wife and child did not just bring COVID back to my home from Cedar Diagnostics. NOT OK!
