Been seeing Dr Sorensen for over 20 years
Jim Sorensen is a great dentist. I feel like he knows when to put a watch and when to fill. I don't feel like he ever over treats which is important to me!
This place is a disgrace, and the office staff lacks any sense of professionalism. My partner is covered by the VA, and after being given a referral for extractions, I have called the office at least six times. We were initially told that they would work with the VA to get the referral approved and that we didn't need to follow up. However, the office later claimed they never received the referral, so I called back and was told the office manager needed to speak with us. The BEST DENTIST and staff I've ever had in my over 70 years of teeth...everyone is so kind and Gentle! Broke my tooth Friday afternoon and already had prep for crown. Highly recommended!
