I hurt my lower back & hips by existing as a human in my 40’s & figured a massage would be a good first intervention. I was able to get an appointment right away for a 2 hour, deep tissue massage. I let my massage therapist (Tiffany) know which areas I was having the most discomfort / pain & she spent majority of the appointment focused on those areas, which felt amazing. I went here with low expectations but was hopeful. Massage was fine, but I got ringworm from the massage bed not being clean. It smelled like feet in the room and clearly was not clean!!
This is hands-down the cleanest and most relaxing massage studio I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s always spotless, relaxing, and very professional. The staff are kind and clearly take cleanliness seriously. They always use fresh linens, disinfect the tables, and the whole place smells great. I just saw a comment about ringworm, but as someone who reads way too much health science (and is SUPER picky), that’s not how ringworm spreads. BEST massage I’ve ever had - such deep tissue and so relaxing! Great experience and calming environment!
Not really deep tissue from the experience I had. Also asked for the focus to be shifted to my legs and avoid an injury a couple times and didn’t get listened to. It almost felt like they had only been trained to do a light back massage? Unfortunate experience, but not sure if it was just my masseuse.
