Living at this complex has been extremely disappointing. The units are cheaply built, yet the rent is overpriced for what you're getting. On top of that, the lease agreement is overly strict, with excessive penalties — including $100 charges for even minor violations. It feels like they’re more interested in finding ways to charge you than in providing a quality living experience. Definitely would not recommend unless you’re willing to overpay for subpar construction and constant fees.

My spouse and I recently toured Cedar Crossing in early July, and as individuals with extensive property management backgrounds, we were genuinely impressed – almost speechless, in fact – by the exceptional condition, quality, and overall appeal of the property. They will take your entire security deposit. We had hired cleaners to clean our unit and they still took $600 from our deposit as a cleaning fee.
