Peaceful, all utilities included.. loved the apartment I was in, but the lady who owned them, shouldn’t have been a landlord.. She cheated me out of deposit, know tenants there who can’t get things fixed. There’s so much black mold in several apartments. Sad! Could be even better! I cleaned up tree line by the road and by my patio door. Never thanked for doing it or anything.
Unkept. Repair Requests not done in a timely manner On a positive note: cheap rent, utilities included, great location.
I'm going on my 3rd year here. I love it! Peaceful and close to town. Great landlady!
