Absolutely horrible rental company. We rented Faffler Properties out by Cedar Falls and it was evident they did not take care of the place very well. Electricity was a bust in the unit we lived in. All of the plugs were loose and using the hair dryer would short-circuit our unit. We had to buy a converter to ground our dryer because the plugs in this unit were still using old plugs from the 80s. Our oven could not boil a pot of water for the entire movie of Encanto. Horrible, unprofessional, money hungry company. We were going to rent an apartment from this Company and they scheduled us for signing the lease on June 10th. Good thing we called them back to confirm just so we found out that they already gave the apartment to somebody else. We were NOT notified at all so we could have showed up on June 10th and nothing to sign. They already gave us a signing date!!!!! Rent is wayyy to much for a house that is falling apart, and is dirty. Did not receive our security deposit back because they did not clean or update anything from the previous tenets. Also when requesting maintenance to be done on the home nothing gets fixed.
I am not going to share any personal information linking me to the past situation at my rental due to the fact that this company is known for blackmailing people. The replies by Liz to the negative reviews are extremely gaslighting and unprofessional. The negative reviews are really accurate; these rentals are shitty and so is the management.
