THESE APARTMENTS AWFUL!! -Managment is horrible -Maintenance does lazy work -They have 2 security cameras and they are only by the managers place. - Neighbors are loud and play loud music -People drink in the parking lot sometimes -Homeless people sit around the parking lot, or lay around in the grass by the main street in front of complex, also they walk around screaming at times -My car has been damaged so many times from carless neighbors and kids -Place is way tooooo expensive for how it looks, constantly raising rent an... read more

I really enjoyed my time at Cedar Crest. I always refer people to this community because the apartment is very roomy in comparison to new construction and it’s affordable.

When I lived there 5 years ago, they had all tenants upon moving out to paint their apartment and have the carpet shampooed, they do not reimburse and this is illegal by law to have the tenants do something that the property owner is suppose to do. The contract they have you sign is illegal as well. Other than that, it's an ok place to live. Shampoo & painting is the reason for the one start
