I’m sorry but if you’re going check and see what time my appointment time is when I check in I’m assuming you’d get upset if I was late and then turn right around and take over an hour to unload me that’s bs! My appointment was at 9am it’s past 10. You have 4 forklift drivers literally doing nothing. Then on top of that the guy in the shipping was very condescending. Was unloaded an hour ago and I’m still waiting on my paperwork. This place is hot garbage. Told dispatch I’m never delivering here again. Complete waste of time. BlueLinx always has some kind of nonsense going on, but this particular one is the worst. Not even remotely worth the hassle. When I told them they were making me Kate to my 2nd BlueLinx delivery, they said “that’s not our problem.”

Second time delivering here. Everyone from check-in to unload was friendly and did their jobs well. The gate is locked after hours and there is no on-site parking.

Stop at sign and call number, which it does not say to do (they claim it does). I added a picture of sign so I can feel vindicated. Unload for me was pretty quick. Brought BOL to me when finished. Not a bad experience.
