after 10 years of residing here They kept part of my deposit for blinds and carpet cleaning. I was verry upset. Never late.....After ten years your carpet and blinds should need to be cleaned and you should not be charged. Also I paid my rent for entire month yet vacated on the 18th so they also got "free" rent.
