We had such a great experience working with Kim. She was eager to help and such a delight! Picking the stone for our new home was a big decision, and we just loved how patient she was! 10/10 recommend!

Kim was amazing to work with! She took the time to walk us through all of our stone options and explained the differences in detail, which made the decision so much easier. She also showed us visuals of the stone on completed homes, which really helped us picture how each option would look. Kim was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our choice for our home. Highly recommend working with her!

If I could give MINUS FIVE STARS, I would!! Horrible experience. After 2 times consulting with Kim, at the front desk about stone choices, she never contacted my builder. And when my builder tried to contact X/O they vmail box was full, and after leaving a message with Kim, they never returned the builder's call.
