Unit got broken into December, priceless items that I can never get back. Poor lighting and cameras are a joke. Don't trust this place.

My Unit was broke into 3 times before I could get what was left out. No security cameras working. Nothing resolved. Basically really didnt seem to care. I got an I'm Sorry....

Locks get cut off what seems like a weekly basis. Called the police after our 3rd lock was cut off & unit was ransacked. Was told that in 12/23, 80% of the units were broken into & they had to file a huge report. Was never notified of anything even though our unit was included. Sheriff said that the owner should have made the notification. Allegedly, the cameras work but never were provided to the police since the owner “is the only one that has access to them”.
