It's always a pleasure to call a facility and speak to a professional front staff team member . I usually speak with Perris and she always is so pleasant . On the few occasions I have stopped by I was always greeted in a friendly manner. :)
The staff is amazing!!! They are friendly and very helpful. I had a few hurdles to jump in AZ. to get my parents move to Cedar Creek (CA.) Nikki and Kristin were able to smooth out the bumps. 2 mos later; my parents love it there, they say the food is fabulous (my dad won’t miss a meal) If I need to move to Assisted Living, I will want to come here. I highly recommend Cedar Creek!
