I highly recommend this spa. The staff is so friendly and every time I come I feel totally relaxed and re-energized. I like bring a bottle of wine and meet friends and get a pedicure in their private room. Their massage therapists are amazing and very professional. The new location is very urban but still feels warm and cozy.
We all hope to not have an issue when dealing with a business. However, you may want to select a business to deal with based on whether they are capable of handling a problem should it arise. This company is horrible at that. Makes my skin crawl. We will never go back because we had a pretty straightforward problem and they would not resolve it without charging us $100 for a fix on the $160 cut/highlight job they botched to start with. Steer clear there are better people to deal with in this town.
