Review We are hosting a child from China with muscular dystrophy for the summer, one of the requirements for us is that we need to take the child to a doctor, dentist and for a vision check. We were told that most doctors will donate their time for the orphan and encouraged us to forward information to our doctors. We found an eye doctor who was more then happy to donate his time for Kang Hong, Dr Schwartz, and a wonderful dentist at Cedar Bluff Dental Center. We then called this Children's Faith Pediatrics because we were l... read more

Wonderful Drs. and Staff My sons have been patients of Dr. Perry for over 4 years now. We have never had a problem scheduling appointments when they are ill and have always had a great experience. The office staff remembers your name and little details between visits. I appreciate the bedside manners and patience when listening to my 5 year old explain his ailments. I have never had a bad experience here on the phone or in person and I cannot imagine this ever occurring. I feel the staff and doctors are proactive and listen ... read more

Dr. Glover is great and goes the extra mile for his patients!! I have been going to Children's Faith for over seven years. While at times I agree it seems they do not listen, most of their advice is consistent with other dr. offices I have found out and follows pediatric guidelines. They have always been friendly and helpful. My oldest child was extremely sick as a baby. When we needed special milk only available by prescription, Dr. Glover actually met me in Rutledge as soon as he got a sample of milk, because he wanted me ... read more

Dr.'s in a hurry, don't listen to parents, and OVERPRICED I used Children's Faith for 7 years after I had my first child. Most of the staff is very friendly but not always very helpful. I quit going when my 15 mos. old got a stomach virus and threw up with diarreah for 11 hours straight. I called them and asked for something to stop the vomitting because she was going to get dehydrated. I was told No, just let it pass..it's a virus and that it takes a lot for children to become dehydrated! Well, the next morning my daughter ... read more

Helpful Staff??? Hardly A young woman with 3 children, 5, 3, and 1 are in the doctor's office all with strep throat, including the mother. She is by herself. The children are not feeling well and not minding. So, instead of helping her in some way with the children, the Office Administrator calls Child Protective Services, had other patients sign statements requesting DCS take the children from the parents creating even more stress and hardship.

Children's Clinic When we moved to Greeneville, we were told that GPC had a very good staff. Our son has seen Dr. Walter Ashe for the past seven years. Dr. Ashe is very caring and takes the time to listen and explain any questions you might have. The staff at GPC are also friendly and professional.

healthy children I was very pleased with this pediatric group. What impressed me the most by these doctors is that if they could not figure out what was wrong with your child, they had no hesitations referring to a specialist. They were also very good at giving samples of medicine when your insurance won't cover it. If we were still in TN, they would still be our pediatricians. Clean office, in a fairly new building. The staff was always pleasant and returned my calls in a timely manner.
