Do not use this storage facility!! They are NOT monitored at all and you are NOT able to contact ANYONE at all for any emergency or anything once you rent the unit!! Horrible business practices.
Weed overgrown at front. Dirty and trash inside unit.. looks like they had an issue with rats.
I tried to rent a storage unit and booked everything online. I even got a call from them to ensure all my documentation was in place. The next day when I tried to store things, the unit had a lock on it already. I called their customer line twice, spoke to individuals that’s said would call me back and never heard back from anyone. I even emailed them. I would stay away from this place.
Having to track down a good phone number or email to get in contact with staff. A friend has been trying to make her payment but Van not get in contact with anyone. Please respond if I can get a good number for her.
