went for a tour. the 2 br was ok. the one br had old appliances and the toilet was filthy. the rent prices listed on the whiteboard were confusing. Affordable senior housing it is NOT.
I filled out an application for the apartments, and submitted all my paperwork over three weeks ago never heard anything back? It still states the application is in a pending process. Have no idea called sent emails no response.
What an ongoing process...no response...an open apartment, not filled. Continued to reach out, they wanted more info which was provided. I used to be impressed with this property, management is terrible!
