Couldn’t ask for more, from the price and the amenities this place is perfect to live comfortably. Close by downtown and all the festivals nearby very enjoyable to just have them within a little walk, and the view from the balcony to the park, love it. You are just responsible for electricity and there is a heated garage included in the rent. Manager is nice, very responsive when something is needed. Good place to live love Cedarburg

If at all possible, do NOT rent with this company. Make sure to hire a cleaning company to get it perfect or they will take half or more of your security deposit. Take pictures after you clean!!
